Jesada's
Joint Master Dado Tips

Dado Set The Jesada Tools dado set that will deliver years of hard work and first class performance. Our micrograin carbide teeth are engineered to hold an edge longer than anything you've tried before. And we give you a 3/32" chipper which allows you to make dado cuts for undersize 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" plywood! For precision dado work, use our Jumbo DSS-002 Dado Shim Set!
Your dado set will cut grooves from 1/4" to 29/32" wide. Use the following combinations of blades and chipper to obtain desired cut width. Note that all combinations are nominal, based upon a saw arbor with no runout or vibration. Your actual cuts will vary depending on the condition of your saw. Always make test cuts to ensure that you get the cuts you want, use dado shims as needed.
